With 25 years of global leadership experience across startups, turnarounds, and multimillion-dollar organisations, I have built, scaled, and revitalised businesses across MedTech, healthcare, and clinical environments.
I’ve led teams throughout the UK, Europe, and the US, taking full ownership of revenue, operations, and overall performance.
I’m not a consultant - I’m an operator. You don’t need advice; you need someone who works alongside you to fix it.
Why this exists.
I’ve been where you are - running businesses, leading teams, carrying the pressure, and feeling like everything depends on you. Calm on the outside, but chaos underneath.
I could see where things were breaking and knew how to fix it, but it came at a cost: burnout, constant pressure, and never fully switching off. Over time, I started to notice the same pattern everywhere - business owners and CEOs stuck in the day-to-day, with growth creating more problems instead of solving them, and everything funnelling through them.
